Oh yeah, here's an article from an NPR journalist entitled "I'm a Lefty and I Like Obama's Pick of Rick Warren."

Good Stuff!

Rick Warren has opened his church and his influence with the "Religious Right" to Obama...even before the man was running for President. They both openly disagree on things like gay marriage and abortion rights. Warren took a lot of flack for reaching out to Obama. But they both share the ideology that "we can disagree without being disagreeable."

Here we see that Obama is a man of his word. He is proving that he is in fact a uniter. His choice in no way compromises his positions on issues already mentioned- it just shows that we are one country and in that country one man can show the same grace that another once showed him.
