I was just taking my morning walk and bumped into I guy from my gym.
He mentioned that he thought I had lost weight....so I told him what "changes" I had to make in my life to restore my health.
It's funny people want "change",,,,but what are they willing to do? What sacrifices are we willing to make?
I told him that in order to maintain health and lose weight...I had to eliminate all sugars...including anything that turns into sugar in the body...like bread, booze, grains, fruit juices, sodas, rice, bake goods...krespy kreme donuts...pizza...potato chips..french fries....basically all the food I eat and drink. ...I also had to eliminate all fried foods and all shortening except for olive oil.
Then I told him that I am now eating (6) meals a day...every three hours.....at each meal I ate a small portion of lean protein (Chicken, fish or eggs whites) and a vegetable...spinach, broccoli, carrots.salad..
He looked at me with disgust and said...."I can't do that"
It got me thinking about my new book on goal setting,,,,and the new web page we are working on.....One Degree Challenge
I thought about changing the name and calling it ......The "T" Factor
Making it a story about how to get the "T" out....to change it to ...."I CAN"....instead of "I CAN'T"
